This transaction is legitimate and in essence,it will undergo normal
procedures as stipulated in the finance and allied matters act and all
legal documents will be issued in your name and we will get the fund
transfer to you there in your country .

During our last bank audits I discovered an abandoned account valued
at twenty five million two hundred thousand ($25,200,000.00) United
States dollars .

This funds in question was invested with the bank here by the former
Director at WEST AFRICAN CEMENT (WACEM) since 2013 . On my
investigation I find out the company don't know about this fund and
the former Director who deposited the funds is dead

According to the laws and constitution guiding the bank states that
"after the expiration of five years, if nobody claims the fund, the
fund will be transferred into the national treasury as an unclaimed
fund" .

Thus , because of the nature of this transaction , I decided to
contact you to act as his foreign business partner so the bank will
grant you recognition and the funds will be transferred to your bank
account.

After the conclusion of this transaction and the funds transferred to
you , the total sum will be shared as follows: 60% for you and 40% for
me

Professionally speaking I guarantee the safety of this transaction
because my legal status in my society will not allow for any form of
scandal bothering on illegality . This transaction will be executed
under legitimate arrangement that will protect you and I from any
breach of the law

When the transaction has been concluded and the funds transferred to
your personal bank account then I will fly down to your country so we
can celebrate together after which you can transfer my 40% to me

Thank you for your understanding

I await your positive reply

Sincerely,
Dr.Lawrence Walter
