Greetings

Thank you for your response to this business project.

First; All the proceedings of this Business are 100% safe and will be a 100% legal process. I hired a Lawyer and Top Government officials who will take care of the entire proceedings of this business legally.

The crux of this letter is that the Department of Energy South Africa Contract implementation Office/Department where I am also in charge of endorsing the Bank Drafts which is deposited in the Banks for Contract settlement. I deliberately over-invoiced the contract value of various Contracts awarded by the Department of Energy South Africa during the Contract Sum payment to the Contractors. In the course of disbursements, this department has been able to accumulate the sum of US$70M (Seventy Million, U.S Dollars) as the over-invoiced sum for the period I managed the Office. This Contract Sum is currently in a suspense account of the Department of Energy South Africa account with the Debt Reconciliation Committee (DRC).

Due to the instability of the Government of South Africa which may put the Contract Sum at risk if it is not claimed sooner than later, I now seek to process the transfer of this fund officially as contract payment to you as a foreign contractor and the Beneficiary. In this way, the transfer of this Contract Sum can be facilitated by the Lawyer I hired for this purpose into your nominated account for possible investment abroad.

All protocols concerning this deal will be thrown open to you for transparency purposes. I would want you to treat this deal very seriously, with all your heart and as your personal business that same way I will treat it; we shall have the swift conclusion soonest.

As I have said above, this deal is 100% risk free and also 100% genuine and will be conducted according to the law of our Countries. Also I want to assure you that this transaction will not cause any harm or heartbreak or hurt to us since every process of this transaction will be handled 100% legally. All the modalities for this operation are already in place.

First we have to register this transaction with the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC). As soon as the transaction has been approved by FIC, the process of the Contract Sum release and transfer will then follow.

Attached here is the Registration Form our lawyer has already gotten from the FIC office for the registration of this transaction.

Complete the Form properly and return proper completed Form with your Valid ID for submission by the lawyer on your behalf.

Respond as soon as possible with the requirements from you.

Thank you and remain blessed.

Regards,
Patrick Jabulani
