Dear

Thank you for your email. I am looking at making investments, which I will eventually use in achieving permanent residency in your country for myself and family. I want to emigrate as an investor to your country through investments so that I can restart my business life in the country as well as offering my family the opportunity of a peaceful life which is no longer available to us here in Syria.

I will need an Industrial Partner that will help me make the investments through a business partnership that we will enter into. The investments will be funded wholly by me. What I am seeking is a business partner that will handle the organizational aspect of the investment while I take care of the funding. This is why I am seeking a partnership with you so that you can provide the required local knowledge which is very crucial.

If my offer is acceptable to you please get back to me so that we can discuss terms.

Looking forward to your response.

Regards,
Abdolreza Massoud.
