Good day,

Thank you for your response.

Congratulations to our company The Golden Gate Realtor, an infrastructure and information technology company in Ukraine. The Golden Gate Realtor is a world-class Real Estate company with headquarters in Kyiv, Ukraine. Our mission is to focus on transforming the real estate industry integrating and efficiently delivering those services to our client’s value. We are known for being forward-thinking and for the passionate pursuit of our goals. Now THIS IS MY PROPOSAL TO YOU; I want you to stand as a partner to invest the aforementioned fund state above for a Good Long-Term Contract of 25,000,000 USD in your professional field .

On 24 February 2022, Russia invaded and occupied parts of Ukraine in a major escalation of the Russo-Ukrainian War, which began in 2014. The invasion has resulted in tens of thousands of deaths on both sides and instigated Europe's largest refugee crisis since World War II. The relentless Russian bombing of infrastructure has worsened the economic outlook for Ukraine, which was already on the brink of disaster.

If this is something you would consider then let me know how you can spread investment in different aspects of your spot field with positive cash flow 10-20% so this is probably a good way to diversify the funds.

If this proposal is something you would consider let me know by providing the following.

Full name
Company name if available
Home address
Mobile
Government Identification.

These details will enable my lawyer to start legal documents that record the transfer of ownership to you and we firmly believe that this business partnership will prove to be a wonderful opportunity for both the companies to prosper together.

I look forward to your positive response.

Regards
Engr Bohdan

Following is an email that this scammer sent to another scammer. It is written in the Nigerian Igbo Pidgin English language and/or a style/dialect of English typically used by Nigerian scammers. Thus, it is very likely that this scammer is a Nigerian person:
