Dear Friend,

It is my pleasure to communicate this idea to you through this medium believing that you will take your time to properly study the facts contained in the message.

Although the reports of rampant Internet scams and stuff have virtually made it almost impossible for anybody to trust or even believe any business package coming from the Internet.
However I sincerely believe that we can still repose confidence in each other and get good results. I write, asking for your indulgence in re-profiling funds to the tune of Ten Million, Eight Hundred Thousand United States Dollars which we want kept safely overseas under your supervision, for investment purposes.

In other words, we would like you to receive the said funds on our behalf. The Funds were derived over time from a project awarded to a foreign firm by my department. Meanwhile the actual contract costs have been paid to the original project executors, leaving the balance in the tune of the said amount which we have in principle obtained approval to remit overseas. Kindly pardon the use of this medium as informal for reaching out to you to make a request of great importance to us.

Currently, I work as a mineral promotion Chief Director here in Accra, Ghana West Africa. I have the authority and approval of my partners involved in this transaction to negotiate a suitable compensation for your participation and I propose 20 percent for you, while we also propose that we receive 75 percent and 5 percent are earmarked for purposes of taxation and other expenses.

This endeavour has a minimal risk factor on your part provided you treat it with utmost discretion and also act on a very good faith.

I await your prompt reply.

Yours truly,
Alhussein
