This fund is from Legal source and legitimate therefore, the process to release the fund must strictly conform with the United States foreign financial laws and International payment regulations.
Dr. Khaled Ali is presently recuperating in an ICU from a Cardiovascular disease surgery and under the Doctor's 24 hours supervision. We are ready to work with you but it is important to know you more because of the size of the money, It is also important to know your ability to receive the fund and invest it wisely. There is need for a face to face meeting between parties involved but due to my principal present health condition, we will draft a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to be signed by both parties then when fund is transferred, hopefully Dr. Khaled Ali would have recovered for us to meet with you in your country.
Your complete personal information i.e, Your full name, your address, telephone numbers, Occupation/office designation, Your next of kin and copy of your ID.
The procedure to transfer investment funds from the USA includes getting a clearance from the US Treasury Office. The Investment Bank will send documentations to the US Treasury in respect to this transaction and will show evidence that the funds are investment funds from their bank being wired to an investor to enable the investor carry out his/her investment projects in any part of the world.
You will be expected to Draft in writing your investment proposal to be forwarded to the Investment Bank for ratification. This investment proposal (that is how you intend to invest this investment funds) must be prepared immediately and dispatched to this bank, they are expected to review the investment plan/proposal to decide if the fund will be giving to you as a loan or investment collaboration before processing the transfer. The Investment Bank will also get in touch with your bank. The Investment Bank has confirmed that they will dispatch their bank Representative for necessary documentation at the United States Embassy and to meet with your bankers to notify them about these incoming funds to your designated account.
It is pertinent therefore, that due to the size of the fund and international transfer regulations, this process shall be silent and confidential for security reasons so that necessary clearances shall be obtained on time without encumbrances.
I will prepare the MOU documents for more discussions once I receive the information as requested above.

I trust that you are staying safe as we seek God's protection and deliverance at the time of this global crisis. The intensity and breadth of the crisis is deepening in the US and all over the world. The global economic impact is breathtaking and will plunge the world in deep recession. One fundamental truth we cannot ignore is the fact that we cannot live our lives independently of God without dire consequences. The "Tower of Babel" proves that and yet we go on in this world, living our lives as if he does not exist and that our own ingenuity, power and strength has achieved this outcome. It is inconceivable, that something as simple as a virus has confused the wisest and most powerful among us and has plunged the world into utter confusion. I can only quote the apostle Paul where he states in 1st Corinth. 1 vs. 20, "Where is the wise man? Where is the scholar? Where is the philosopher of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world?" Modern man, as previous civilizations have shown, ignore God at our peril. All our systems and structures, all our pride and pomp come crashing down and there is none to save. God, in Exodus 34 proclaims himself to Moses as "The Lord, the Lord, the compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness, showing love to thousands, and forgiving wickedness, rebellion, and sin. Yet he does not leave the guilty unpunished....." Man's greatest need at this time is not for a fiscal stimulus and monetary infusion into the economy but for repentence and a return to God. Let me end my little sermon by quoting from one of my favourite hymns "All my Hope on God is founded"
God is ever merciful, He is compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness, showing love to thousands, and forgiving wickedness, rebellion, and sin. May he have mercies upon his creation or we will all shall perish. We have no option than to go back to our creator for forgiveness of our sins because science which man prides himself with is all but vanities.
Pride of Man and earthly glory,
Sword and crown betray his trust,
What with care and toil he buildeth
Tower and temple fall to dust.
But God's Power, Hour By Hour,
Is my temple and my tower.
Stay safe and continue to put your trust in God alone.
