Attn: PEACE TO YOU..

With due respect & humanity, I was compelled to write to you under a humanitarian ground, however, this is not mandatory nor will I in any way compel you to honor against your will, but you should please consider the panic I & my family are going through here in this terrible war zone.

I am making this contact to you in request of your assistance in this situation we find ourselves, but I am really afraid & I don't know whom to confide in. I have some money that I made in Purchasing Petroleum Commodities, as an oil industrialist here in Damascus Suburb Syria & Saudi Arabia before the war broke out in my lovely country Syrian.

I have kept this to myself as secret for a while & now I need a trustworthy foreigner as a partner, I want to transfer this my wealth worth of US$18, 500, 000, 00 million US Dollars into a safe foreign trusted account abroad, but I don't know any foreigner, I am only contacting you as a foreigner, someone I can trust to work with in honest & relocate my family out from Syrian & transport my investment capital to your beautiful country where there is no war. I need your assistance to transfer this hard-earned money out urgently, but there must be mutual trust, accountability and delegation from you. More details await your earliest reply. Always pray for our safety and that of my family.

Thanks & Remain Bless.
Yours Sincerely,
Salah Eddin Ammar.
