Who has presented obvious offer which will need the help of a foreign partner outside my country to complete this transaction successfully, Mr. Timipre Sylva is in a very difficult situation as the present Government in power is after him as the former Minister of State for Petroleum Resources and he must immediately relocate certain amount of money to any undisclosed Bank account.
More so, this must be done in such a way that it must not be tied to my Boss. The sum of USD$36,000,000.00 is currently deposited with the Ministry of Treasury and Finance Istanbul Turkey. Your role here is to:
(1) Receive of the fund in your account.
(2) Invest/Manage the fund in any profitable investment in your country.
(3) Value of the fund: USD$36,000,000.00 (Thirty Six Million United States Dollars).
Everything will be done officially to ensure that the right to the funds is transferred to you. I will greatly appreciate if you accept this proposal to assist my Boss Mr. Timipre Sylva, who has signed an undertaking to compensate any person who assist him secure this fund with 30% of the total funds and kindly confirm to me your readiness if you are interested.
Upon your readiness, forward to me your details to proceed, such as your Full Name (Company name if any), Address, Phone/WhatsApp No, Scan ID COPY OF YOUR Driver’s License or International Passport. I shall proceed by sending you the Deposit Certificate and the History of Fund Certificate of the Fund as issued to Mr. Timipre Sylva the year 2020 and 2022 by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance Istanbul Turkey. All documents are with me. Thereafter we will sign an MOU Agreement.
