Thank you for your interest in considering a potential partnership that could prove mutually beneficial.
I am an independent consultant acting on behalf of the daughter of a former Vice President, who is seeking a secure and discreet avenue to invest a total sum of USD 65 million within your country. The funds derive from legally executed government oil/minerals contracts that were subsequently over-invoiced, and the beneficiary now wishes to place the proceeds in a secured custody for legitimate investment purposes, either in full or in tranches.
Following recent political changes, the death of her father, and unresolved family matters, my client has decided to engage a reliable and trustworthy foreign partner who can act as the official recipient and investment manager of these funds. All transactions will be conducted in a lawful and transparent manner, in strict compliance with international financial standards and South African regulatory requirements.
Under the proposed arrangement, you would be formally appointed as fund manager, responsible for receiving and administering the capital for agreed investment activities. The transfer will be facilitated through a registered financial institution and handled in accordance with all regulatory and compliance procedures to ensure full legitimacy and accountability.
In return for your role, you will be entitled to a management fee of between 25% and 30%, to be clearly stipulated in a comprehensive and legally binding agreement. The entire transfer process is projected to be completed within two weeks. Standard banking protocols will require the execution of the original contracts and supporting documentation, which can be arranged either in person or through secure remote channels. Upon finalization, the funds will be credited directly to your nominated account.
I believe a face-to-face meeting would be the most effective way to discuss the finer details and formalize this partnership. Should you wish to proceed, kindly provide your full name, physical address, and contact details so that we may schedule an initial telephone or video conference to review the documentation and outline the next steps with the principal party.
I look forward to your positive response and to the possibility of working together.
Warm regards,
Johan
