Dear Friend

Hi my name is Mr.H.E. Hamad Buamim, and I am the Managing Director of Dubai Islamic Bank here in Dubai U.A.E. I write you this proposal in good faith hoping that I will rely upon you in a business transaction that requires absolute confidentiality and will be of great interest and benefit between the two of us and our family.

I am writing to solicit for your assistance in the transfer of a valued sum of $27,950,000.00 (Twenty Seven Million Nine Hundred and Fifty Thousand United States Dollars). This fund is the excess of what one of the branches of my Bank made as profit during the last annual audition. As it stands the end of 2019 audit report has been submitted and approved.

As an official of the bank, I cannot be directly connected to this fund, so this prompted me to contact you for us to work for our mutual benefit. I want you to assist me in receiving this fund into your bank account for us.Meanwhile, you will have 45% of the total fund. Note, there are practically no risks involved as it is going to be bank to bank transfer after every legal aspect of the fund transfer has been met with the help of our Bank attorney whom I will recommend to you in due time. If you agree to partner with me in this regard, I will open an
account in your name and deposit the said fund with your name and information as the original depositor.

As soon as I receive your response, I will give you details on how we can achieve it successfully. Please treat this topic a top secret between both of us. Kindly forward your response to my personal email address:hamadbuamin87@gmail.com
