Dear

Thanks for your interest in my supply contract proposal.

This is an open business which has no hidden agenda as you will be seeing everything as we proceed.

Attached is the picture sample of the herbs.

Read the details below carefully to understand the offer better.

The company is to pay 50% OR 100% to you after the samples you provided as the farmer or the merchant has been tested okay and purchase agreement signed.

Azidothymidine Herbs for production of Azidothymidine for the treatment of HIV AIDS and Hepatitis B now being processed in to covid vaccine.

The herbal raw material is sold at the price of $800 per sachet by the Farmer in USA, while the supplier sells them to our company at the price of $1,300 per sachet, thereby making a staggering profit of $500 on each sachet.

I decided to look for a trustworthy person that can take up the supply contract so that I and the person will be sharing the profits; and that is why I contacted you.

All you have to do is to secure this contract before other suppliers could emerge from other source. My happiness is that I have the contact details of the farmer, which means you will get the herbs at the cost of $800 per sachet and supply to our company at the price of $1,200 per sachet so you can make a profit of $400 on each sachet. This business is a kind of monopolized market because the herbs are very scarce.

If you multiply your $400 profit on each sachet by 20,000 it will give you the profit you will make on the first 20,000 sachets supply contract to our company.

You and I will share the profit on the ratio of 60% for you and 40% for me..

The good thing is that the samples will surely pass our laboratory test because the old greedy supplier also sources the product from the same farmer and I will do my best to make sure my Boss gives the supply contract to you as the new supplier.

If you are interested, please I will need your below personal details to draft Trust/Profit Share Agreement as follows:
1. Your full names.
2. Your full contact/permanent address.
3. Your profession/occupation with your company
4. Your company's name and address (if any), otherwise, you can come in as an individual supplier.
5. A valid copy of your identification.

The moment I receive your above personal details, I will send you a draft copy of the Profit Share agreement for you to study and decided whether to proceed or not. This will protect my interest in giving you the opportunity to supply the product to GSK.

If you decide to proceed, I will then send you a draft sample of the Supply Application Letter you will write and send to our company officially, applying for the supply of these Azidothymidine Herbs.

This business will always remain a win-win situation for me and you; so long absolute trust is established between us.

NOTE:

I will give you the direct contact of GSK Laboratory Purchasing department and the Farmers contact details as soon as we sign the trust MOU Agreement.

I shall also give you a sample copy of the supplier application letter to avoid any form of mistakes on your part

Kind regards

Frederic Miscoe

Dear
I have a contract supply opportunity available at a major reputable pharmaceutical company I work for in UK.

This opportunity can be a good business take off point to financial recovery as covid-19 that has distorted businesses and investments in almost all the countries.

I want to use you or your company to replace the old supplier that is making huge profit from this contract supply of raw materials.
(a.) The product is Novavax’ COVID-19 vaccine candidate (NVX-CoV2373) medicine production raw materials (Vaccine Adjuvant Plant)\
(b.) Concentrated herbal raw materials are used for production of Medicines for the treatment of HIV AIDS and Hepatitis B.

The buying entity is a major Pharmaceutical company in UK.

The raw material source (herbs farmer) in USA.

The Farmer sells at $800 per sachets

The pharmaceutical company buys at $1200 per sachet
I will give you the farmers contact if you are interested to handle this business opportunity.

The company will be taking up to 150,000 to 200,000 sachets orders from you or your company if you can take up this contract supply opportunity and execute the contract to legitimate profit and share profit with me for bringing this opportunity to you.

Note this raw material is used to produce other anti viral drugs such as Azidothymidine and the old supplier use to get the product from this same source and pretended to be the original farmer.
This I discovered through an error where the farmers contact was included on the Airway bill by the farmer.

The purchasing company (buyer) pays in advance after the contract is signed to enable you to supply the products after sample is supplied and tested.
I want you to take over from the old supplier to execute this contract supply and share the profit with me.

The product is strictly Medicinal herbs raw material and not in the export prohibition list.

It is a simple genuine contract supply to earn legitimate profit and share the profit with me at a ratio of 60% for you to manage this transaction and 40% to me for bringing the transaction to you as an insider partner.

No Specialization/Experience is required, you can be able to handle this contract supply without traveling anywhere from your home or country.

You are simply to coordinate with the farmer and the purchasing pharmaceutical company and ensure the purchasing pharmaceutical company is not linked directly to the farmer. This is exactly what the old supplier has been doing, making huge profit and eating all the profit alone.

(You are simply to come in and function as the farmer/supplier) to the purchasing pharmaceutical company to protect our business interest and also to guarantee our profit from the transaction.

if you accept, we shall sign a profit share MOU after which I will provide you with all required procedure advice step by step. I will provide further details after I have read from you to Sign the profit share agreement.

Thanks
Frederic

Dear friend,

I have not heard from you again, I hope you are good?

My offer to supply the zdovera would have fetched your company good profit if your business orientation is to earn legitimate profit to grow your company.

Contract supply is a business to source products from the source and supply at a profit margin to earn legitimate profit.

As a staff of my company, I can not become a supplier to my employers that pays my salary. Hope you understand my position.

I pray you to read my business proposal very clearly with understanding. You have come across many unsolicited messages, but trust me; this is a 100% legitimate business.

If you can’t handle this opportunity by yourself, try share the opportunity with your Boss/CEO or a capable person you can trust.

You will still earn a percentage on the profit share if you are able to bring in a capable and trusted person that can handle this contract supply business without betrayal of trust.

Meanwhile, an average order from our company bi-monthly is 20,000 sachets. You can then calculate the profit times 20,000 sachets and 12 months a year!

I look forward to doing business with you.

Regards

Frederic
