I am Barrister Morgan Suwaba, from Republic of Togo here in West
Africa. And i am the personal attorney and legal adviser to your late
relative, who died in a car accident here in my country Republic of
Togo on the 21st
day of April 2011 alongside with his wife and their only child.

Before his death, he made a deposit sum of ($ 14.5.M usd) with one of the
bank here in Republic of Togo. He died without leaving any
registered next of kin at the bank, And the bank management has
contacted me severally to present the beneficiary of the fund to them
because it is my sole responsibility as his representing attorney to
decide who the beneficiary of the fund should be.

I have also made several attempt to locate any of the deceased real
relative but all my efforts proved unsuccessful. I contacted you
because you bear same surname with my deceased client and it is
possible to present you to the bank as the next of kin so that the
bank will release and transfer the inheritance fund to you without any
problem.

Yours faithfully,
Barrister Morgan Suwaba.Esq

Thanks for your response, I know how surprise this may be to you. It
was not by mistake that I contacted you but for the reason that you
bear similar surname with my client and also from same country, I was
left with no other option than contacting you, due to the fact that I
have exhausted all possible means to locate any of his relatives or
next of kin as non was drawn before his untimely death and the final
deadline given by the bank is just few weeks away. Based on that,
all I needed is your honest, seriousness , capable and co-operation
so I can present you to the bank and then establish your legality in
the court as the relation to my late client. There is no risk in doing
this, I will-ensure / guarantee your safety by providing my valid
Identifications and legal coverage papers from court here to ensure
smooth execution transaction free from any breach of law here and over
there in your country. Meanwhile reply this letter with your idea for
proceeding. I will be waiting to hear from you soon

Send below information to me to enable me register you here in my
office as the living relation to my late client.
