The (I3RF) was founded in partnership with the Government of Iraq (GOI) in 2018 and funded by Canada, Germany, Sweden and the United Kingdom, the (I3RF) provides a platform for financing and strategic dialogue for reconstruction and development in Iraq, with a focus on promoting targeted national reform efforts and improving the effectiveness of public/private investments in socioeconomic recovery and reconstruction, between January 2022 and December 2023 the I3RF produced 39 multi-sectored analytical works to support economic reforms and diversification in Iraq, the I3RF projects have informed policy and programming in reconstruction, agriculture, environment, energy, social protection, education, public financial management, the financial sector, the private sector, poverty programming and peace building, the I3RF through the Government of Iraq(GOI) assigns priority to stabilization programs according to local needs in order to promote employment, economic growth, infrastructure reconstruction, and further investment and specific and particular emphasize building up a strong, vibrant, well equipped, responsive and technologically driven health sector in Iraq.

Following this post COVID-19 era, I3RF was further supported by funds donated from the Department for International Development(DFID) in the tune 750m(USD) and an additional funding of an extra 850m(USD) from The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank(AIIB) to broaden the scope and focus of support for I3RF, hence this Multi-Donor Trust Fund has a 1.88b(USD) total budget for more developmental projects to kick off with special and specific emphasis again on the Health sector with projected usage between January, 2024 and December, 2025 with a final disbursement date of April 30th, 2026, i have been seconded to the newly created emergency procurement unit under The Iraq Reform, Recovery and Reconstruction Fund(I3RF), note The Iraqi government has given the sole mandate to The Iraq Reconstruction Management Office(IRMO) to assume full responsibility and oversee management of The Iraq Reform, Recovery and Reconstruction Fund(I3RF) this extended renewed mandate given to me and my team is to solicit, identify, evaluate, advise and recommend competent foreign and domestic local Iraqi companies; in this light your company has been selected and put on the waiting list to supply the under-listed medical products/equipment in large quantities for use in all the Iraq primary health centers, general hospitals, specialist clinics and government laboratories etc. in all the 19 provinces of Iraq.
