Brokerage Compensation
For brokers representing their beneficiary clients, we usually reserve the statutory broker success commission of 1% which shall be deducted from the approved capital at the successful closing. This broker commission is independent of any other broker’s existing terms with their clients and is subject to a broker’s acceptance or refusal. If you wish to subscribe to this commission at closing please indicate at this point. This commission will form an important part of the capital investment agreement. 1% broker commission shall be added to our total success management commission and shall reflect a total of 2% on the final investment agreement. This means that our company shall independently disburse the broker commission of 1% to the subscribing brokers after every successful investment closure.
