I trust this message finds you well.
My name is Mr. Alharbi Homaidan, Founder of Alharbi Agency Enterprises LLC, based in Lomé, Republic of Togo.
Our firm operates as an independent sourcing and consulting agency, facilitating strategic connections between international suppliers and public sector procurement opportunities.
I am writing to inform you that the Ministry of Trade and Commerce of the Republic of Togo is currently identifying qualified international suppliers for the procurement of products in large quantities, intended for ongoing developmental and rehabilitation projects across the country.
In this regard, we are reaching out to reputable companies and capable individuals whose products or sourcing capabilities align with these requirements. We believe your offerings or network may be well suited for consideration.
Our role is to act as a sourcing and facilitating agent, linking you supplier with the public procurement Authority and coordinating the initial stages of engagement.
To enable preliminary evaluation, we kindly request that you provide:
1.An introduction profile ,personal or company profile is acceptable (individual facilitators without registered companies but with acceptable means of identification are also welcome)
2.Product catalogue or details of products you can source/supply in a large quantity.
3.Indicative pricing in USD or EUR (CIF Lomé or FOB)
4.Information on any existing presence in Togo or West Africa (if any)
5.Expression of Interest Letter.
Please note that participation is open to both registered companies and individuals. If you do not own a registered company, you may still participate provided you have a valid means of identification such as a national ID, driver’s license, or international passport, and can demonstrate the capacity to facilitate or execute supply.
Upon review, suitable submissions will be formally presented to the Public Procurement Authority for consideration. We will also provide guidance and support throughout the process to ensure a smooth and transparent engagement.
For proper documentation and clarity, we kindly request that all official correspondence be conducted via email.
However, I remain available on WhatsApp for matters requiring prompt attention.
We believe this presents a valuable opportunity for a long-term and mutually beneficial partnership and we look forward to your response.
Warm regards,
Mr. Alharbi Homaidan
