How are you doing today sir?

I was with Dr. Frank Lee today and we discussed in length with regards
to your payment. He is not happy with what is happening. Even the
management of my bank is not happy with the delay in prosecution of
this transfer. He told me that he has sent to you all the documents
and has even told you how much you are to pay for the non resident
permit certificate but that you have not responded to him confirming
the receipt of the message.

Sir, you have to do all you can to respond to him and tell him how the
payment will be settled. Any delay at this in point will not help this
transfer because this is the last stage of your transfer, the
management of China Citic Bank does not like delaying transfers when
it is at this stage. You have to contact Dr. Frank Lee now and
conclude with him. He evens aid he has resend the last payment advice
to you today again. You should also check your spam and trash boxes
because most messages goes there.

I will like to read from you about this issue.

Best Regards,

Mr. David Yau.

fixed deposit account. Though, he left a clause that the fund belongs
to his business associate, so I have documents that would give you the
legal right to make this claim as the business associate of the
