Ukrainian National Lottery - ruslan.tkachuk@ukr-lotto.com

Post by Yahoozeo »

The same scammers now have a new fraudulent Ukrainian National Lottery website at ukr-lotto.com and a new scammer email address they are using for this scam which is ruslan.tkachuk@ukr-lotto.com

Contact for this scam may start with a romance scammer using the name Olena and the email address olena_master@beautymeri.com.ua or possibly a different romance scammer name and email address, but still possibly using the beautymeri.com.ua internet domain.

Typically the female Ukrainian romance scammer will, after a while, say she has bought you a free lottery ticket from the Ukraine National Lottery as a gift and then the lottery winner scam progresses from there as the advance-fee fraud fees are introduced which need to be paid in advance in order to collect the fictitious winnings.
