Governors of over 299 Banks around the world has met in Belgium to sign new financial reconstruction agreement.
Fiscal policy reforms and outstanding payment vouchers unpaid to companies and individuals for various reasons were the priority and major discourse.
After the meeting, all central bank governors agreed and sign that all depts owed by institutions MUST be paid before the end of 2020.
