Thanks for your correspondence. Our proposal simply means, we need a representative in your country, who can collect payments owed by our customers who we supplied goods, Your job as our representative will be to establish contact with these customers in your country, via email and phone introduce yourself as our representative. Built advanced and modernized standard workshop with 1500 square meters, a high level engineer, state-of-the-art machinery (for example, SMT machine, laser printing machine, offset printing machine, silkscreen print machine) ,From the raw material-production-packing, in accordance with the international standard iso9001 system strictly operation, all products need to pass QC department strict testing. 2. PURPOSE
The purpose of this proposal is to request your services in payment collection in your Country on behalf of our company (Andon Health Co, Ltd)
3. PAYMENT RECEIVING SOLUTION REQUIRED
Andon Health Co, Ltd require you to provide the following on payment collection:
. Opening Communication with our customers in your region, via telephone or email if necessary.
· Report immediately, on the status of the various customers handed over for collection as well as the successful collection of the capital amount collected.
· Adherence to a strict code of conduct and ethical practices.
4.0 CONTRACT SCOPE AND STATEMENT OF WORK
You must be prepared to devote substantial time and resources to this undertaking to assure a major, effort is made to collect outstanding payments from our customers without undue delay and to report
promptly, completely and accurately all collection activities. Andon Health Co, Ltd proposes to enter
into a one (1) year contract with an option to renew the contact if your service is satisfactory.
4.1 You must have the ability and resources for collection of funds in North America
4.2 Collection shall be subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations.
4.3 You shall maintain appropriate records, including financial records that can be audited.
4.4 You shall submit any disputed amount to Andon Health Co, Ltd for review and research before
continuing with the collection process.
4.5 You shall refer any debt that deems to be collectible through litigation to Andon Health Co, Ltd for
authorization to pursue further collection efforts.
4.6 All payments shall be made directly to you. You will retain the collection fees and report the amounts
collected to Andon Health Co, Ltd.
4.7 You shall have the ability and resources to collect payment from our customers/debtors either by
check / cheque or electronic wire transfer cashable in your country
4 PROPOSED CONTINGENT FEE OF SERVICE 5%
Fees shall be proposed as percentages of gross collections of collection funds. Such percentages may
vary depending on the amount of the collection funds to be collected and on the expected amount of
work involved in effecting collection.
Fees shall be charged only as a percentage of the gross amount of collection items actually collected. Such
fees shall be paid only with respect to the amounts of collections actually remitted to Andon Health Co,
Ltd, and a fixed amount of $7,000.00 will be paid to you monthly.
5 REMITTANCE PROCEDURES: REPORTS
You should provide a remittance procedure as follows:
5.1 As full or partial payment of collection items collected by you shall be remitted to Andon Health Co,
Ltd on collection.
5.2 Each remittance shall be accompanied by a dated report which, as to each collection funds
included in the remittance, shall state the name of the customer, amount collected, amount
remitted, unpaid balance of the collection funds, other identifying number or information.
6. Acceptance‐Rejection:
Andon Health Co, Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject proposals, to waive any technicality in any
proposal and to accept any part of a proposal as deemed to be in the best interest of Andon Health Co,
Ltd.
7. Cancellation:
Andon Health Co, Ltd reserves the right to cancel any contract in whole or in part without penalty due
to misappropriation of funds or for failure of you to comply with the terms, conditions and
specifications of this proposal.
Andon Health Co, Ltd here by require you to review this proposal and get back to us via email if the terms and
conditions therein are acceptable by you. A memorandum of understanding will be drafted to that effect by
Andon Health Co, Ltd and a copy will be sent to you for review.
