ATTN: President/CEO
Reference: Highly Confidential.
I am Mr. Bennett Cardinal Ndlovu, the Chief Storage Officer (CSO) of the International Committee of the Red Cross – (Storage & Delivery Office),
with office at No. 222 Witch Hazel Avenue, Highveld, Techno Park, Centurion, South Africa. Our Vault Office is built in one of the secret locations in
Centurion, South Africa with heavy security guards. I got your contact from my internet search for a reliable business-minded person who can assist
us execute a transaction that requires maximum confidentiality and honesty. I am writing you in absolute confidence primarily to seek for your
assistance to transfer our cash valued at Sixty Million United Stated Dollars ($60,000,000.00) now in the custody of the Security and trust Company
here in Johannesburg to your private account pending our arrival to your country.
SOURCE OF THE FUND
On Wednesday, February 13th 2019, it happened that a group of Armed Robbers succeeded in invading our storage facility with sophisticated
machine guns, shot two of our security personnel dead and made away with huge sums of money. We then saw the incidence as an opportunity of
a lifetime to divert some of the boxes for our personal gains and label it as being stolen by those Armed Robbers. We immediately removed 3 boxes
containing a total sum of Sixty Million United Stated Dollars ($60,000,000.00) before the investigators arrived. We used our Bullion Van to deliver
the boxes to a Security Company with our connections and deposited the boxes in their Vault. Currently, the case has gradually died off as the
culprits were not apprehended. Our plans are to move the Cash Boxes out of the current Security Vault to avoid accumulating huge demurrage and
subsequently, to send the money to a reliable bank account overseas for investment.
To this effect, I humbly solicit your assistance in the following ways:-
To assist me remove these boxes from Security Company as our co-beneficiaries.
To transfer this money to your bank account using a banking facility in South Africa as we have already arranged with the bank manager.
To make good arrangement for a joint business investment on our behalf in your country and you, the caretaker.
To make arrangement for our travel to your country after we have transferred this fund.
We have already made strong arrangements on how these boxes would be removed and the content funds deposited into the bank for onward
remittance with our banking connections to your overseas account. Most importantly, the security company officials do not know the exact content of
the box because it was declared as important valuables and documents. I am also in possession of all the documents issued by the security
company when the boxes were deposited last year for future collections. Please, be rest assured that there is no risk involved in this transaction, as
we have already sent our report to Switzerland and included the 6 Boxes with the money stolen by Armed Robbers. In fact, the issue has already
been buried and forgotten.
For your assistance, I have conceded 25% of the money to you for your efforts/assistance. The rest of the fund will be disbursed between me and
other 3 of my colleagues involved in removing the boxes from ICRC Storage.
Your urgent response will be highly appreciated. Please, remember to keep this transaction very confidential until completion. I have attached a
copy of the Video herewith this letter for your view.
Best Regards,
