We work with group of high net individuals who are able to fund projects on equity basis. They will provide 100% funding for a temporary stake in the company and the loan must be guaranteed with a collateral.
.The procedure are as follows: The client must provide a business plan with an estimated ROI of 8%
. A proof he can provide a collateral if the project is approved.
. The client must setup a special purpose company where both the client and investor will be share holders. The shares will be 60% to the client and 40% to the investor.
Kindly notify if interested or know someone who will be interested in obtaining a loan for your/their projects.
