Thank you for your reply to my proposal which was noted with interest. As an Executive member and head of Personal Banking in FBN Bank Ghana, I am in charge of the audit, but I discovered that there are many of our clients / customers that do not have a Next of Kin listed or attached to their account, most especially, there is one of our Chinese clients with Malaysian nationality, ever since he died no one has come to file claim against his funds in our bank, as a result of this, his account has been dormant till date, and this very client is a Chinese person with Malaysian identity by name; Ng PohKeat. He died since 2014.
Now, my reason of contacting you is, hence this our late customer is a Chinese person with Malaysian identity; it is 100% easier to pull his fund with assistant of someone outside of Ghana because he don’t have next of kin in his account. Therefore; I am sending you this brief letter to solicit with me by standing as his “Next of Kin” in transferring his fund out of my bank, to your direct bank account or/ to any other destination account that you may have access to, I shall furnish you with all the required documentations if you are willing to partner with me so that we can get the fund transferred out of my bank as soon as possible. All I need from you is only to act as his Next of Kin, and total cooperation and support to make this business successful.
I’ll take care of all the processing & paper work, and I will prepare it legally in your name, including the Affidavit of Next of Kin with help of an attorney, proving that you are the sole beneficiary of the fund ($7,500,000.00 U.S. Dollars) deposited by Mr.Ng Poh Keat in our Bank Accra Branch Ghana, all the documents will be legally prepared with your name/status as his next of kin, in accordance with international banking law. After preparing all the required documents I will send them to you alongside with our bank contact informations, to enable you contact our bank via email for claim, except the details of your identity that the lawyer will use in the preparation of all legal documents.
I want to know if you are willing to follow up with me seriously, before i can give you more details and how to make it possible to be transferred without wasting any more time. You have nothing to worry about, in issue of Next of Kin, it is not mandatory for the beneficiary to be related to deceased client. The beneficiary can be anybody from any country in anywhere; the most important thing is that there must be documents to show for it, which would stipulate your name as the sole beneficiary. I can only provide further information when you respond positively and you really need to prove it that you’re willing to partner with me without any complications, get back to me if you’re Interested /or Not? I wait for your response ASAP.
Thanks and Yours Sincerely,
Michael Menke
