Hello

Thank you for responding back to my message.

However, I would respectfully request that you keep the content of this message confidential and respect the integrity of the information you are privy to here.

My name is Thomas Mpho Harwood (Esq), an Attorney and a South African Citizen. I was the Private Asset Manager and legal adviser to Mr. Hagen W. (Now Deceased). My client was a businessman who dealt in mining precious metals and Property development here in South Africa. He died in a fatal car crash along with his only son on the 28th of July 2010. And his wife died as a result of Cancer 7 years earlier. Since his death the onus has been on me to locate any of his surviving relatives. To this end I have written several letters to the few people I know with intent to locate any of his extended relatives who can be presented as Administrators/beneficiaries of his abandoned personal estate and all such efforts have been to no avail.

In line with the succession laws here in South Africa executed through the Master of the Court; I have received official letters from the holding bank in the last few weeks suggesting a likely proceeding to surrender the abandoned financial asset of US$16,400,000.00 (Sixteen Million, four hundred thousand United States Dollars) of my Late client to the South African State since he died without finalizing a Will and no relative of him has been found so far. When I got this information, i became desperate to search for a credible person who shares the Surname of my late client to present as the beneficiary of his Estate because I do not want the Government to be the ones to have the inheritance. I believe with a trusted person, we can best carry out the ideals of my client; which is to help the less privileged people of Society. Therefore, believing in trust, I was urged to contact you seeing that you have the same surname as my late client so that I may, with your consent, present you as the only surviving family member so as to enable you put up a claim to the Bank in the capacity as a next of kin and administrator of my late client’s estate. Note that you might not be related to my client by consanguinity but that should not be a source of worry because I have worked out a perfect way to present you legally and without hitch. This is because I am relying on the provisions of the South African succession laws.

If you are interested, I would want you to follow through the process of the claim with me because I do not just want this inheritance go to the government; do not worry we can claim it legally. Moreover, although this person might not be your known relative, if i do not present anybody after this period, the money will necessarily be reverted back to the state and I do not want that to happen, because the spirit of my late client will be gravely sad.

This is my proposal; I would want to legally present you as the beneficiary/Administrator of the financial estate of my late client. With your cooperation, I shall follow the legal procedure to secure all necessary documentation to realize this and we shall share this Estate between you and me in the ratio; 45% for you and 45% for me and then10% shall be shared among various charity organizations around the world as my client also wanted to do.

I hope we can work together as partners and in one unity of purpose to make this transaction come to fruition. This is a golden opportunity which must be exploited; otherwise posterity will ask us questions. An opportunity like this is very rare, so let us take advantage of it.

Please note that, i would prefer utmost discretion in handling this claim and I will not accept the involvement of any other lawyer, seeing the peculiarity of the matter. I am assuming that this is acceptable to you.

If you accept the offer and willing to work with me, then take the first step of cooperation by confirming;

1. Your full names:
2. Your private telephone numbers:
3. Your full address:
4. Your Age

So I will immediately send you further information on how we will proceed.

I want to assure you that this transaction will be hitch-free, so please do not entertain any fears as I have made concrete arrangements for a successful execution.

Kind regards,

Thomas Harwood (Esq)
