Dear Friend,
My name is Col. Peter Barrowcliffe 75th Ranger Regiment with the
United States Army and Britain Coalition Force in Syria. Due to the
decision by our Government to withdraw our troops, I have decided to
quit the Army on this basis I am actively looking for investment
opportunities. I am looking at a possibility of doing business with
your company that is why I contacted you. I have huge sum of US$
dollars which I made from crude oil business i did in Syria. I need a
good partner, someone I can trust and have faith in to receive this
fund for an investment. Basically since I am working for the
government, I cannot keep these funds, but I want to transfer and move
these funds to you so that you can keep it for me in your safe account
or an offshore account.
