My good friend, regarding to what i asked you in my previous message concerning if i can trust you as a good friend, this is something i never wanted to share with you but since you have giving me your words and promise to do this business with me , I think there's no need hiding it anymore. my good friend,I have some amount of money which i deposited in a security company here in Kabul,Afghanistan. I made this money as a result of the "oil deal" which i invested and other compensation fees we received from the government here.

My good friend, I did this business outside the knowledge of my fellow military officers, and because of their unaware of the deal, i decided to save the money and some vital documents with a security company here in Kabul,Afghanistan just for security reasons, and this money is totaled ($2.500.000.00 us). I can't move this money to my country America because i'm still working under government and all our accounts are being monitored by government too.

As I told you earlier, because of the war here,Afghanistan Banks was stopped by the government from sending money out to other country no matter the amount, it is not possible to send money out from here by Bank Transfer to any other country as the banking policy here now is very difficult and strict mainly since the crisis started. Therefore the banks here instructed me that the easiest way to send any amount of money now out from Afghanistan to any other country all over the world is through UNITED NATIONS DIPLOMATIC CUNSULT COMPANY as a package since its much more secured and fast.please can you help me ?
