HE*W*OD - SM**H QC FAMILY LAWYERS
Legal Practitioner, Solicitor and Arbitrator
24 Divett Pl, Ad*la*de SA 5000, Au*tr*l*a

Dear

This is a personal letter directed to you and I request that it be treated as such. My name is Paul Heywood, a Private attorney based here in Ad*la*de, South Au*tr*l*a. Honestly it will be my humble pleasure if we can work together.

I would like you to act as the next of kin to my deceased client Late Ing. Michael, a national of your country who made a deposit of $18,700,000.00 ($18.7 Million Dollars) with a Bank here in Commonwealth of Au*tr*l*a. He died in car accident without any registered next of kin. Several efforts were made to find his extended family through your embassy without success.

I have received official letter from the bank suggesting a likely proceeding for confiscation of the Fund in line with existing laws by the bank in which my client deposited the sum of $18.7 Million Dollars. According to the Government Law here, the fund will revert to the ownership of the South Au*tr*l*a Government, if nobody applies to claim the fund.

I have secured from the probate an order of Mandamus to locate any of the deceased beneficiaries, and my proposition to you is to present you to the bank as the Next of kin to my late client so that the bank will pay this $18.7 Million Dollars to you as his beneficiary then you can decide on what you will give as my percentage for assisting you in this claim. Having said that, I propose we share the proceeds 50/50, I think this is fair.

All legal documents to back up your claim will be provided by me. All I require is your honest cooperation to enable us see this transaction through. I will also guarantee you that this will be executed under a legitimate arrangement that will protect you from any breach of the law here or in your country.

I look forward to your prompt response so that I can give you comprehensive details on how to proceed. Your immediate response will be highly appreciated.

Regards and God bless
