We are pleased to inform you that all documents to enable your visa/ legal Residence and Working Permit under the government of United Arab Emirates are in progress and the U.A.E immigration are at the last stage of every procurement that is why you have been ask to contact us to process your MEDICAL INSURANCE CERTIFICATE which will enable them grant your visa/work and resident permit papers.
Since we have a very short time to approve and endorse your traveling papers you have to fasten the process as soon as you receive this mail to avoid delay from your side.
The U.A.E Immigration will issue your valid U.A.E VISA/WORK AND RESIDENT PERMIT PAPERS as soon as you complete the process of obtaining Medical Insurance Certificate which you are about to do.
Attached here is your Health Insurance Application Form which has been obtained from our office (the Ministry of Health). We are expecting your visa/Residence Work Permit and travel visa to be ready within the next 48 hours upon confirmation of the Health Insurance documents.
However, before the ORIBIS TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC receive your residence permit and working visa to be dispatched to you via DHL Courier Services, You MUST Complete your Medical Insurance Certificates. (As will be obtained from the U.A.E HEALTH DEPARTMENT of MINISTRY OF HEALTH) this Certificate is necessary for your Yellow Fever Vaccination exercise, Typhoid, COVID-19, Hepatitis and Malaria at the port of entry of the Emirates Airport U.A.E.
On presentation of the Certificate at the Airport, the Medical Officers on duty will know you have completed all process here in UAE before coming and ensure fit to resume duties. Without this Certificate, your Visa cannot be stamped and you may face repatriation upon arrival to U.A.E.

You are requested to immediately submit the completed Medical and Health Insurance Form and then proceed to contact the Mr. HABIB JAMAL OF (ORIBIS TRAVEL AND TOURISM) to provide you their payment information, which once the fee is sent to them, Mr. HABIB JAMAL will submit the fees to us to complete your Medical and Health Insurance Certificate to enable the Traveling agency complete the Processing and Approval of all your needed Travel papers to U.A.E (This said fund is refundable by your employer (EMIRATES OIL & GAS COMPANY LLC).
Once all your papers are processed, the ORIBIS TRAVEL AND TOURISM will dispatch all documents via DHL Courier Services in your stated address. Be sure to do the needful at the earliest to enable the concern authorities conclude the prospects of getting your papers ready.
N/B: A copy of this email and all receipt of your expenses will be forwarded to your Employer (EMIRATES OIL & GAS COMPANY LLC) after the process for their reference and reimbursement arrangement.
