Terms of Agreement/Appointment Letter

1. We will process and issue Employment Visa, Two-way Pre-paid Tickets to you or with your family, (if you intend to come with them. It is acceptable by the company).

2. Legible employees have to provide a scan copy of their international passport to enable us to undertake the procedures to process your
Employment Visa in your favor.

3. There will be a Mandatory Orientation/Training Exercise for all Newly Employed Staff within the Premises of MAZIN EXPLORATION AL WAFI GROUP (M.E.A.W.G) During this exercise, you shall be fully enlightened on your job position and scope of work.

THE INTERNATIONAL MAZIN EXPLORATION EXPATRIATES RECRUITMENT COMMITTEE will conduct a 7 days Mandatory Orientation/Training Exercise on your arrival before work sign-on. On your arrival to UAE, the HR Team will guide you to finalize the documentation formalities (Medical Examinations/report, Employment labor card, Visa stamping on your passport, Job description briefing, Code of conduct etc.)
