Thank you for your interest in learning more about this position,

I am Mrs Nam Kim, the International Recruitment manager Guangdong Hengjian Investment Holdings Co., Ltd

We are currently seeking for certified business expatriate to represent our firm in your region. Take advantage of this offer while it last.

Allowance: 10%Commission
Job type: Contract
Duration: 12 Months (renewable)
Time Requirement: 3-5 Hours per Week
Job Role: Account Receivable Agent

Thank you for your interest in learning more about this position. Guangdong Hengjian Investment Holdings Co., Ltd is one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of steel products including cold rolled steel, hot dipped galvanized steel, pre-painted galvanized steel, silicon steel, and more in China, offering

unbeatable pricing and excellent service. We require a representative to act in the capacity of an account receivable agent in North America (USA AND CANADA) on a 12 month contract basis. As an Account Receivable agent, you will be responsible for collection of all account receivables due to Guangdong Hengjian Investment Holdings Co., Ltd in the region to directly support sales operations.

We are presently experiencing difficulties in transacting business (i.e. processing payment from our customers) in North America as it takes a month or more for USA/CANADA cheque, wire transfer, cash deposit to clear in China and with huge federal Taxes. This challenge has not only limited our effort in penetrating the steel market in the above region as desired, but has also lead to unprompted remittance of balance payments for products supplied. As a result of this problem, we have customers in above region that has not met with the normal payment schedule of 30 days after confirming receipt of products delivered to them in good condition.

We have approximately $5,200,000.00 worth of payment with different customers from different regions in the United States of America and Canada currently owned to Guangdong Hengjian Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. Having looked at various options of tackling this drawback and based on research and past experiences, it is our belief that having a representative/account receivable agent in

the same region with our customers, it becomes very easy for them to comply and pay in due time, that is why we require a Representative who can easily communicate with our customer via email and telephone.

We shall provide you with invoices as well as figures for all outstanding payments after you have been fully certified as our company representative with our legal binding representative employment deed (Memorandum of Understanding). With your acknowledgement to this email, our enrollment correspondence will be sent to you which you are to confirm your full contact information in the right manner. We confirm in good faith that as compensation for your service, you will be entitled to 10% commission on every completed transaction (i.e. 10% commission from any payment made to you on behalf of Guangdong Hengjian Investment Holdings Co., Ltd) and after signing a contract agreement by both parties) based on your credibility and willingness to assist our company without illegal act.

We hope to hear from you soonest

Best regards

Regards
