Dear Sir,
First, the amount that is approved to be paid to you is fifteen
million five hundred thousand united states dollars ($15,500,000.00).
Base on previous experiences as reported by our foreign investors of
their payment been stopped on transit we decided to employ a legal
process as to have a hitch free and uninterrupted transaction by
introducing what is called court ratification order as contained in my
previous advise as to stop any kind of stop order from any person,
office, security agents or parastatal while the payment is on transit
until it is successfully confirmed credited into your account which is
for your best interest as the beneficiary.
You have my full assurance that nothing will stop the crediting and
confirmation of your fund into your trust account as soon as the legal
order is procured as that has been the problem a lot of people that I
assisted to receive their fund went through until my intervention.
That is only what is expected of you to procure and receive your fund
and you have 100% guarantee that it is only what you will secure
through this office until your fund is confirmed credited into your
account uninterrupted.
If you want to come in person and proceed to the court to secure it
that will be better for us but if otherwise that you cannot come
because of the huge expenses to be made in coming to Nigeria or for
health or age factor there is no problem as all you will only be
expected to do is to send the required fee for the procurement of the
court ratification order through the lawyer that is attached to my
office to enable him procure the court order so that we can have
uninterrupted crediting and confirmation of your fund into any trust
account of yours.
To further clear all doubts you can call me on phone for oral
discussion, also do try to reconfirm your trust receiving bank
details, your address, your company name if you have any otherwise
your name in full, your address, your direct mobile phone number and a
copy of any of your identification for perfection of your new fund
release application order.
Yours Faithfully,
Dr. Walter B. Amakiri
