The 1st payment (REFERRING TO THE IMPLEMENTATION) is at the time of accession (until March 25th) through BOLETO PROPOSTA. The next payments will be sent by the administrator to your home and / or can be withdrawn on the website.

DESEJANDO ADERIR:
Enviaremos uma lista com a relação de documentos necessários para adesão. Após o envio dos documentos faremos o pré cadastro do(a) senhor(a) na plataforma on-line da administradora.
O(A) senhor(a) receberá por e-mail e SMS um código Etoken e um link, onde realizará a confirmação dos dados preenchidos e assinatura online do contrato após a leitura.
O 1° pagamento (REFERENTE A IMPLANTAÇÃO) é no ato da adesão (até dia 25/03) por meio de BOLETO PROPOSTA. Os próximos pagamentos serão enviados pela administradora para sua residência e/ou poderão ser retirados no site.
Aderindo até dia 25/03 e com contrato aprovado pela administradora, no dia 10 de ABRIL o plano já começa a vigorar.
O (A) senhor(a) tem até o dia 25/03 para realizar a adesão (envio de documentos, assinatura do contrato e pagamento referente a implantação) com vigência para 10 de ABRIL.
