- Monthly payment of ($1, 718.55) shall be made starting 6 months from the

we gave much time for investment plans like restructuring, building,
relocation of business e.t.c profiting prior to the loan funds re-payment
commences. We strongly believe our dear valued clients will enjoy these
privileges without abuse.
Below is the Collateral & Non-Collateral Process:
Collateral Process: Require the applicants MUST reside within the
Netherlands/Spain which requires an equity-based property as collateral for
his/her loan acquisition. The applicant will be requested to bring
documents to our office for verification/inspecting the property before
granting them a loan with the trust that, the applicant will pay back at
the end of the terms.
Non-Collateral Process. All Applicants abroad {Outside the
Netherlands/Spain} MUST choose the Non-Collateral Process. This process
will require an insurance security deposit payment. For a loan of ($60,
000.00), the borrower is liable an Insurance Deposit Payment of ($1,
200.00) to obtain what is known as Non-collateral Insurance due to the high
risk associated with loans. The insurance deposit payment is refundable in
full without interest at the end of your loan duration.
Therefore no deductions are allowed from the principal sum. The
non-collateral insurance fixed deposit down payment is required because
lenders see non-residents as being a higher risk for them given that the
applicants are not as locally accountable as a resident is.
One final thing: Claros Trust Lender loans aren't free. There is an upfront
cost point, to fund the loan. This is over and above all other loan-related
fees. This insurance payment is simply a policy that insures the lender
against loss, much like private mortgage insurance on conventional loans.
Non-collateral Insurance (NCI) is a one-time fee. You do not pay it every
year as is the case for NCI in some other countries or other types of
insurance in Australia.
If you are in agreement with the loan terms and conditions, we'll send you
a loan agreement paperwork to read and endorse by returning copies
alongside your identity proof copy. Once we have received your signed
agreement form, the money will be available for you in 2-3 working days.
Loan funds will be transferred directly into your bank account with the aid
of our affiliate bank; the funds are usually received within 72 hours.
Complaints: We endeavor to make every effort to ensure our service to you
is excellent, however, if you wish to make a formal complaint, please email
us. We will issue a final response to you within 48 hours working days of
us receiving your complaint.
We thank you for giving us the opportunity to be of service to you.
Yours sincerely,
Ms. Anna Thomas
