Subject:

Dear,

Your email enquiry was well received, and thanks for your response which was very helpful and appreciated.

Accordingly, the email is legitimate and from our law office, although you may have some concern over my proposal as a prospective heir of the estate of Mr. Robert a Vietnamese Citizen who was living here in Canada but passed away 9 years ago of Cardiac Arrest, while I have contacted you following an unsuccessful effort to locate the deceased client surviving relative, hence by virtue of sharing the same Last Name and ancestral wise you stand a better chance and eligible for the estate claim as this is not to imply that you must be related or know the deceased.

For your information and record, find attached my passport ID, business card, credential, and practicing License, and was the deceased's legal counsel and administrator of the estate. Recently, the bank issued me a notice regarding the abandoned estate to avoid Typically Escheat/transfer
of the estate over to the government treasury, while I am soliciting to partner with you towards the disposition of the estate of a fixed funds
deposit under an investment-related plan for the sum of Nine Million Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand United States Dollars (US$9,250,000.00) Cash
Value and monetary savings.

Trust this will receive your interest to partner with me in the disposition of the claim which requires a high maximum of trust and sincerity for the successful closing of this transaction and will be happy to inform you of the requirements and process as soon as I hear from you.

For your reference, find attached Fixed Deposit Claim Notice Letter I earlier received from the concerned bank.

You may equally reach me on Phone +1 647 5033825, and hope this will be of mutual benefit and awaiting your prompt reply.

Thanks and regards,
Adams Ian Cesar / Atttorney-at-Law
