soliciting your assistance now. I came to know of your contact in my search
for a reliable person to handle a very confidential business DEAL which
involves moving a total sum of Fifteen Million United State Dollars only to
your country for a business investment.
The fund in question is now approved by the office of the South
Africa Parliament and the office of Parliament is ready to release the fund
to whoever I will present as the Contractor that executed the contract in
our corporation. In reference to my brief introduction, i am however,
believe that we both can have a common understanding on how the fund in
question was generated and i hope you are capable enough to handle this
deal with me without raising any misgiving attitude in any aspect of this
transaction.
Moreover, this business DEAL requires your full cooperation and
support to achieve and you advise to keep confidential so as not to ruin
the chances of getting the fund. If my proposal is of interest to you, then

details. The enclosed attached letter is a copy of Payment Order issued by
the office of South Africa National of Assembly (Parliament) on the effect,
