I have many questions about the apartment and need an answer, REGISTRATION is possible! All additional costs are included in the price including WiFi and parking. Where do you come from?
I'm not in Germany so I decided to rent through AirBnb, I'm a serious person and will include a picture with me and my ID. The apartment is insured 24 hours a day and everything is repaired immediately in the event of damage or the like. We have a normal rental agreement according to German rules, which is signed when the apartment is handed over. There are no additional fees for you.
AIRBNB guarantees a 100% secure transaction for both. I'm not here to complete the transaction in person, I travel a lot.
This is how the platform works:
- The reservation is made via the platform
- After confirming the transaction, send a deposit to Airbnb, meet an agent and inspect the apartment
- Approve the property, sign the contract and move
If you do not rent the apartment, your money will be refunded within 24 hours
Since this is a long term rental, I need to send the report to AirBnb who will take care of the booking and hand over the apartment. Please let me know when I will contact you to email you the quote for booking.
I am waiting for an answer asap.
