Sequel to our series of meetings for the past 6 weeks, which ended yesterday with the Directors and Secretary to the IMF, World Bank and United States and Ghana representatives respectively in full attendance. The above organizations after her prolonged deliberations on series of complaints received from scam victims has unanimously agreed to compensate all scam victims with a clear verifiable proof with the sum of US$450,000.00 each
This includes victims of purported foreign contracts; Inheritance, Investment, Dating and Lottery scams together with people that allegedly had unfinished transaction or international Lottery payment that failed due to purported Government policies etc. Your name was among the list of victims submitted to our office by the United States Fraud investigation Department and final investigation by our secret agents who has been monitoring your correspondence via special tracking device has shown that you are truly a victim of scam.
