ROOMS:
- very upscale amenities
- The room faces the courtyard and is therefore very quiet
- many built-in wardrobes (hallway, bedroom)

- daylight bathroom (shower cubicle and large bathtub)
- The apartment is completely modernized
- very pleasant room climate (thermostatically controlled)

ROOM:
The rooms are equipped with a new and high-quality box spring bed (including bed linen), desk, 2 chairs, a large wardrobe, side table and lamps.
Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom are shared. Dishes, cooking utensils, dishwasher, washing machine etc. are available and are available to the residents. Weekly there is a cleaning of common areas (already included in the rent). The apartment has a large balcony of about 10 m2 which can also be shared. The room was previously occupied by my aunty who has now moved to Abroad (AMERICA) due to her new job.

ABOUT ME
I was born to both German and Asian parent but grew up in Cork Ireland and I speak good English always.I am also working and I study (Tourism), I spent most of my time on excursion based on my study,explore the city and travel,like meeting new people and i think there would be no problem with we sharing the apartment together.Looking for someone to take good care of the apartment.
I'm very open, friendly, sociable, tidy, and am easy to get along with (so people say :p). I also enjoy the outdoors, photography, rock climbing, meeting interesting people, and sharing good stories with a good drink.
I read a lot, and I enjoy watching movies when I can find the time. I love long walks in the summer and hiking! I cook good food often. Travelling is my passion and I like to explore new places in the holidays (I had a wonderful time in Italy last year :) ). I am warm, friendly person with a cheerful and positive attitude and I really like interacting with new people. Oh, I am a tea person, I don't drink coffee very often except in the winter :D

As a flatmate, I like to have a nice, happy and calm environment at home. I like to keep my room clean and I am happy to share the work of the house like taking out the trash and other things. I am always willing to watch a movie, or cook together on weekends if your schedule permits. Or simply share stories over dinner once in a while.
I love to Cook (and I think very well).
In my spare time I go jogging, read, watch series or reading (also topics about which I always like to talk, especially when it comes to doctor who :D),

Thank you for the reply and also for the introduction of your self everything about you sound so interesting and natural.
I would be glad to share the apartment with you as long as you promise to take good care of the property. I'm very friendly, I'm open to friendships, to get to know new people and spending great time together. But I'm also really independent and I love my own company too. (I'm looking for a nice flatmates that enjoy spend time together for a dinner or going out, but I also enjoy being in a quiet place to study or listen to music sometimes).
- There's a central heating in the apartment and the pictures from my first email are your private room, bathroom and toilet but we share the rest of the apartment.

- Registration is possible with the apartment, and the most important documents needed for that is the housing contract which would be issued out to you. Not all apartment offers city registration so you're lucky about this.

-The room is available now for either short or long term rent as my aunty that previously occupied the room has just moved Abroad (America) due her new job that's why the room is out fo rent

Regarding your arrival time the room can be reserved for you only if you are willing to have that done. There are also many seeker of the apartment with many email request lately; as accomodation is of high demand here and I would like to stop receiving or repliying to any other email only if you are interested in having the room.
