Dear Sir
Since you can not travel to meet the delivery Officer, I am using this opportunity to inform you that your consignment box has been ready to deliver to your door without any problem, but our delivery officer is demanding for IIP CERTIFICATE for security reasons to avoid the theft that It will cost you $550 of the sum to obtain the CERTIFICATE to allow our delivery manager to deliver your shipping box to you at your address with less than 72 hours.
Sir So have faith in me that you will receive your shipping box as soon as you can raise the $550 so that we can secure the shipping box with this IIP CERTIFICTE to allow the diplomat to deliver it to your door without any problem with your Customs office at your airport fine. I want you to know that each body is not the same.
I write to you with the confidence that I have and the ingenuity of this transaction that is real and I believe that everything is going well because you are on the right track, so the gentleman is not afraid to send the rate, why is it that your Shipping has been ready to deliver to you as soon as you follow my instruction you will receive your fund.
Keep it in your mind that the IIP CERTIFICATE will cover everything and no custom will interfere. Know that I spoke with the agent and said that everything is progressing and waiting for your response.
I want you to know that the most dangerous thing in human life is risk and without risk in life nobody survives and we support it in your mind that I am not behind your money, all I am doing is to shape your destiny so that you do be careful, but help yourself because the agent was very angry with me.
I hope to hear from you soon
Mr John William
