Hello,
My husband was a prominent sociologist and a successful businessman. We have been living in Cambodia, a country in Southeast Asia for 18 years. On December 18, 2019, my husband traveled to the United States to visit his business partner and he was infected with Covid-19 and died in hospital. Since then everything has changed and life has not been the same because my husband was my backbone so I cannot continue the business without him due to my health issues. I was diagnosed with fatal cancer and kidney failure. I moved to the United States for medical treatment.
We owned an oil mill factory and estate in Cambodia before my husband died, and he sold the business and estate for ($ 8,500,000.00). While he deposited the fund with a diplomatic security finance company for SAFEKEEPING before his disappearance on March 28, 2020 by COVID-19. Since then I have tried to withdraw and place the money in a financial firm but due to my current health condition I cannot place the money in the correct position. Now my condition has worsened between life and death, so I cannot move and have lost my voice and cannot speak due to the disease.
I want to introduce you to the diplomatic security company. The funds are registered with the security company as diplomatic baggage for security purposes.
I want you to be my partner and advice to receive this money and invest part in your country in profitable business and share parts with orphanages, less privileged etc.
If you can help me accomplish this for me, I will rest in peace. I only have a few days to be in this world.
Your sister in the Lord,
Mrs. Isabella William
