It's nice to finally allocate two customers to you after we have almost come to payment agreement with the said customers.
It's my duty to announced to you about this said payment ahead of next week. During these transactions, a communication might be open up between yourself and the said customers if any need arises. Please be available always to respond to your emails and calls starting from Monday.
The both customers assigned to you have an overdue payment of about $80,670.00 and $31,900.00.
These payments would be made in between the space of this March/April starting from next week.
For a start to see how very well you are going to carried/handle this very FIRST customers allocated to you, a part payment would be made from the customers, once you have successfully carried out your duty by remitting the company balance to the company financial after deducting your commission/percent, the customers would be instructed to make another payment, this will continue till they have cleared up the company overdue payment with them.
