Hello my dear

Let me start by introducing myself, I am Mr. Martin Bernardo , a staff member of BLOM BANK FRANCE S.A, I am communicating with you regarding a client and an investment placed under the management of our banks. I would respectfully request that you keep the content of this email private and also kindly respect the integrity of the information you obtain as a result of this email. I contacted you regardless of our investigation and no one is aware of this communication; I would like to inform you about certain facts that I think would be of interest to you. It is of great importance that you take care and understand each word that I have written below; please be patient and read the explanation in my email.

In 2015, the theme; Ref: FI / TSB / 958/042/0586 came to our bank to initiate commercial conversations with our Department of Private Banking Services. He informed us that he had a financial portfolio of 12,800,000.00 euros, which he wanted us to deliver (invest) on his behalf. I was the officer assigned to his case; I made numerous suggestions consistent with my duties as the de facto COO of the Department of Private Banking Services, especially given the volume of funds I wanted to deposit with our bank.

A few months later his attention was requested regarding a matter that I was going to discuss with him but I could not locate him, I made useless efforts to locate him, I immediately passed the task of locating him to the internal investigations department of our Bank. Four days later, information began to flow that he was apparently dead, a person fitting his description was pronounced dead of a heart attack in Cannes, southern France; We were soon able to gather more information and the cause of death was confirmed. The bank immediately launched an investigation into possible surviving relatives to alert them to the situation and also to come forward to claim their funds. If you are familiar with the affairs of private banking, those who sponsor our services generally prefer anonymity, but also some levels of detachment from conventional processes. On his biological data form, he did not list any closest relatives. In the field of private banking, opening an account with us means that no one will know of its existence, accounts are rarely kept under one name; depositors use numbers and codes to make accounts anonymous. This bank also gives the depositors the option to have their mail sent to them or have it held at the bank itself, making sure there is no trace of the account and, as I said, they rarely nominate their closest relatives. Private banking clients, in addition to not naming their relatives, also tend to leave wills in our care in most cases, in this case; he died intestate.

There is € 12,800,000.00 Euros (Twelve million Eight Hundred Thousand EUROS) deposited, only I have the details of the deposit and they will not give the deposit to anyone unless I instruct them to do so. Also, only I know of the existence of this deposit, as far as the financial firm is concerned, the transaction with our deceased client concluded when I sent the funds to the firm, all outstanding interactions regarding the files are just customer services and due to the process. The financial firm does not have a unique idea of what the history or nature of the deposit is, it is simply waiting for instructions to deliver the deposit to whichever party comes along, and this is the situation. This bank has spent large sums of money trying to track down the family of the deceased; They have investigated for months and have found no relatives, but nevertheless, the investigation has officially come to an end.

My proposal; I am prepared and ready to place you in a position where the financial firm is instructed to officially deliver the deposit to you as the closest surviving relative / associate, and all labeling will be done in accordance with the rule of law. . I can certainly guarantee it. According to common law, the power to bequeath is contemporary with the first rudiments of law. There is no rule that prevents the inheritance from being exhausted both by the bequests and to make it unworthy of its acceptance; perfect operation by means of which the processing will be coordinated in such a way that its condition of sole beneficiary is confirmed. Once the deposit is received, I will share the money with you in half and no more; that is to say: I will simply name him as the closest relative and have the deposit delivered to him; then we share the profits 50/50.

I would have gone ahead to ask for the funds to be released to me, but that would have set a straight line for me and my involvement in claiming the deposit, but on the other hand, you, as an indifferent foreigner, would easily pass as the beneficiary with the rights to claim, I assure you that I could have the deposit delivered in a few days. I will simply inform our bank of the final closure of the file related to the client if he is interested in working with me, please contact me specifically, if you give me positive signals, I will start this process towards a quick conclusion.

It is necessary to inform you that under no conditions should you communicate with me through official channels; I will simply deny knowing you and about this project. I repeat that I do not want you to contact me through our official lines nor do I want you to contact me through my official email account. I don't want any direct link between you and me. My official lines are not secure lines as they are periodically monitored to evaluate our level of customer service in accordance with our Total Quality Management policy. Please observe this instruction religiously. Again, keep in mind that I am a family man; I send you this email not without a measure of fear as to the consequences, but I know within me that nothing risky is nothing gained and that success and riches are never easy or on a gold platter, this is the only truth. I have learned from my private banking clients; don't betray my trust. If we can agree, I will be happy to meet with you after this task has been completed.

I am looking forward to your response.

Yours sincerely,

Martin Bernardo
