We are inviting your company to participate on this Expression of Interest (EOI) process aimed at SNOC financing viable and profitable projects relating to:

(g) All forms of Condominiums and Hotel developments in prime locations/major cities,
(h) Mixed-Use (Department Stores, Condos, Hotels, Resorts w/Marinas, Casinos, Villas, Beach Access
(i) Agro-industry, foods and beverages
(j) Construction and Infrastructure
(k) Airports
(l) Seaports
(m) Waste Management Projects
(n) Waste- Energy Projects –Biofuels
(o) All forms of Energy Projects including Power Plants/Hydro, Solar, Wind
(p) AquaCulture Projects
(q) Mining (all types)
(r) Wholesale and retail trade
(s) Professional, scientific and technical activities
(t) Media and Technology
(u) Other types of projects considered on a case-by-case basis
The purpose of this EOI is to enable prospective project owners, who have interest to receive project funding for their project, to provide us with preliminary information about their project, value of funding required, etc to make an initial assessment for possible funding of their project.
Sharjah National Oil Corporation (SNOC) is a commercially independent oil and gas company established by the Sharjah Government and gas company established in 2010 with its headquarters in Sharjah, UAE. SNOC business comprises Oil Gas Exploration and Production, Supply Trading and Processing, Condensate Processing/Terminals, infrastructure development and Aviation.
Please find attached the Expression of Interest (EOI) package which includes the instructions for the preparation and submission of required documents. Within the package, you will find all the information necessary to conduct a proper assessment of SNOC’s Expression of Interest (EOI) requirements.
All Expression of Interest (EOI) submissions must be received not later than 9th February, 2022.
If you have intention to participate in the process, please confirm your interest by filling and signing the "Acknowledgment Form" attached separately with this email and return same to us not later than seven (7) days from EOI issue date as confirmation of your intention to submit your Expression of Interest (EOI) application documents on or before the stated submission deadline above.
