Hello,
Unlimited contract for rent can be made!
Thank you for your response. The price is 570 Eur included utilities and 1000 Eur as deposit. Like I said, I live in the Spain and cannot travel to show you the apartment. I am ready to send the keys so that you can view and check the apartment.
The rental process takes place on the TripAdvisor website. I list the apartment on TripAdvisor and I send you the link that you can use to book it.
After booking with TripAdvisor you will receive a signed copy of the rental agreement and apartment keys.
We will only use TripAdvisor services for the first month. After the first month, send the money directly to my bank account.
You reserve the apartment for one month by TripAdvisor , after that we do a normal rental contract in case you like to stay in the apartment. If you don't like the apartment TripAdvisor will refund the transfer to your bank account. If you agree to rent the apartment TripAdvisor will send the transfer to my bank account.
Thank you and have a nice evening,
Best Regards,
Elena
