Thank you for applying. I am Alicja Teresa Coleman. I own Alicja Tires Exports, a franchise of Michelin Tires, Production Factory my head office is in Cicero, IL, LA, USA. While I have my sales distribution warehouses in Malaysia, TX, CA, IN, SC, AR. MS, Spain,Canada, Jamaica, and in Singapore.

I seek the services of an Administrative Assistant to handle my business emails and some errands when i travel for business. You can be anywhere to work, all you need is a computer/tablet : read, and reply email. You are not required to resume to an office, nor leave your current employment or evacuate your convenience. Wherever you reside does not affect your application for this position. You get paid every 4 weeks . There are no particulars hours, but mostly not more than 2 hours daily.

Here is a list of responsibilities that I would require you handle :

1: Check and notify me of new orders and payment status from my website administrative portal at the end of each day, which you will have access to once your application is approved, and employed.

2: Compile a report at the end of each week, which will be a comprehensive list of all transactions from that week. This report would be sent to my email address for review.

3: Reply email orders inquiry/query.

I have attached an application form, download, fill it up and send it back via email.
