Brief outline of your starting salary and payment schedule are detailed below. This Part-Time position will require you to receive funds from us “KUREHA “and our partners and make payment for. A self-allocated maximum time, less than 10-hours weekly is desired; hence you will be able to keep your current Job.

Once we receive your application, we will review and subsequently produce a comprehensive representative draft contract between you and an offer of employment. I will notify some of our existing KUREHA Crude Oil trading partners on our decision to have an internal (Locally based) company representative who will manage our company's business in North America.

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

Sole duty will be in business representation in purchase of Crude oil and Oil product
(1) Contact buyers in your region (We would give you their contact information)(2) Receive payment on our behalf(3) Process payment and deduct your commission(4) Send the seller the balance .

2. Payment to Consultant

1 Retainer-The Company shall pay a monthly retainer of $5,000 by bank cheque delivered to the address of the representative above to be received by the Consultant on the first anniversary business day of each calendar month during the term of this Agreement commencing 30 days from sign appointment.

2 The Company acknowledges and understands that it may be required to pay additional transaction fees in connection with any offerings, under-writings or financing to the appropriate and/or funding entity in addition to any fees paid to the Consultant. K H agrees to reimburse the Consultant for all out of pocket costs related to the performance of the services.
