The main objective is the procurement of legal and government documents that would ascertain you legible to receive the funds.

and those documents cost money. Are you willing to come up with charges? do you have the capacity? what is your business like? Tell me about yourself. If possible, a number to call you. If you good with this, then we are good to go.
