Dear
Thank you for your prompt response. I am the principal consultant to the investor. Kindly be informed that the transaction is highly protected and there is no single risk involved, as the transaction will be carried-out legally. If I work this deal out, how will you compensate me for a job well-done and my services?
My investors can fund and finance any project ventures not limited by any amount and I can assure you that my investor can fund and finance your project.
I hope to hear from you.
Regards,
Dr. Uhlworm

Dear
Thank you for your prompt response. As you already know, I am the principal broker-agent to the investor’s team. What I want from this business is my finder’s fee, I will request for a 2% agency nominal fee, you will provide me with a finder's fee after the deal is done. Moreover, How much do you need from the investor? I need to know the total amount of money in US Dollars which you seek from the investor?
According to the investors financial consultant, funds shall be transferred once the investment agreement is executed by you and their management team, they are also interested in investing in entrepreneurs or young business owners who are in need of startup capital or finances with an annual return on their investment. He also informed me that there would be no other condition attached to this project besides profit sharing. They are not interested in taking over your business nor are they interested in being part owners of your business.
I believe you are aware that most banks and institutions hardly approve and disburse funds to businesses, so this is the best reason why you should ensure you adhere to the directives and instructions of the investors’ financial consultants, if actually you want a successful business establishment. They are only interested in working with trustworthy partners, entrepreneurs with good business acumen who are interested in project financing by third party investors. If you are in need of such an opportunity or knows someone who needs funding to expand their business or finish up a project. Please feel free to contact me.
NB: Please be informed that the transaction is highly protected and there is no single risk involved, as the transaction will be carried-out legally. My investors can fund and finance any project ventures not limited by any amount and I can assure you that my investor can fund and finance your project.
I hope to hear from you.
Best Wishes,
Dr. Uhlworm
