Following is an email that this scammer sent to another scammer. It is written in the Nigerian Igbo Pidgin English language and/or a style/dialect of English typically used by Nigerian scammers. Thus, it is very likely that this scammer is a Nigerian person:

Hello Winner

Facebook's lottery division has chosen the winner of the US$1,650,000 prize for 2023. The choice was made at the company's 19th-anniversary event, where 10 users who frequently used the site were honored. Could you contact Facebook clearing officer Mr. Bazar Adalet at facebook.lotto287@gmail.com to claim the reward and make inquiries?

Best wishes
