Any names of real people being used within the above information from this imposter is unauthorized and illegal. Do not provide this scammer any of your personal information. To proceed I will consult a Lawyer here that will secure all the legal approval documents in your Name and the approval will be that the fund is a proceeds from Contract execution done by you long ago and that the government will have to pay you having completed the Contract project.
