Dear Respectfully,
In my long years of work with top financial management companies in
the Republic of Turkey, l have earned the confidence of most our high
net-worth clients. I presently have two clients (Non Europeans) who
have funds to give out for investment either on equity or loan basis.
The areas to be considered for the investment are as follows Real
estate, Oil & Gas, Agriculture, Health, Aviation, Tourism, Retail,
Construction, IT & Communications, Technology, Education, Energy,
Engineering, Utilities, Telecom's, Mining, Maritime, sustainable
energy and host of other profitable ventures.
Intending beneficiaries must have a business plan and show their
capability to manage huge funds. The beneficiary must be able to
deliver good and sustainable returns on investment to the investor
annually. If you are that person or establishment seeking to expand
your existing
business or you have new ideas waiting for implementation, the
opportunity is here.
Regards
Richard Edward

Hello Good Morning,
Thank you very much for your response, we are interested to partner with you even I just finished discussing with the investor informing him that I have found someone from your country being you, since he insisted that your country is his only choice area to invest his funds.
However, he said now is the time to be smart and get in place and let the momentum take us to where we have always wanted to be and that this is the right time for us to seal deals because approvals and waivers are being granted expressly online due to restrictions caused by this coronavirus pandemic and so many opportunities opened up by this pandemic , also most importantly this is also the right time for us to invest on stocks and real estates because stocks and real estates are very low and will definitely appreciate as well , now is the time and this is the opportunity because he has the funds to invest
He asked me to inquire from you the criteria needed for foreigner to invest in your country and that you should also send a documentary evidence of your suggested business plan including its risk implication if any and the expected return on investment to enable him study it and approve.
As a matter of urgency reply to this mail urgently, in order to meet up with the scheduled time since the investor said he wants to make sure all his funds are all tied down on investment projects in this Second quarter of the business calendar of the year 2020.
In return of this email, send me your phone number and the best time to call you and also send the criteria needed for foreigner to invest in your country.
I look forward to hear from you soonest.
Regards
Mr. Richie Edward

Dear respectfully,
My name is Richie Edward, I am getting in touch with you regarding an investment portfolio in your country because I have an investor whose choice area of investment is your country.
As a matter of fact, he said that now that the prices of stocks and real estates are still very low, it will be of great advantage to invest now because so many opportunities are opened up by this pandemic for people who have enough funds to invest like him.
What are the business possibilities in your country and also what’s the criteria needed for foreigner to invest in your country and if possible send me a documentary evidence of your suggested business plans including its risk implication if any and the expected return on investment to enable you and I to discuss then send to the investor to study and give his stand.
In return of this email, I will appreciate you send me your mobile number and the best time to call you
I look forward to hear from you soonest.
Regards
Mr.Richie Edward
